    1. No it isn’t. It makes more money per capital, but is a fairly poor country overall. Don’t judge countries by their GPA, that won’t get you anywhere.

      1. What people seem to ignore is the simple fact that the wealth of cities vary a great deal in the same country and even states. The income and cost of living varies a great deal from one city to the next even in the same state.
        We live in Sunnyvale CA in Silicon Valley. Our humble home with 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms with 1546 sq ft living space has a value of $2 million, and it keeps increasing because of the availability of hi tech jobs, and the increased demand for housing. It’s a good thing we bought here in the mid-1970’s when prices were very reasonable.

  1. does anybody know the credibility of this site? it says its source is froma suisse banking firm… and i find it hard to beleive any country nears 400,000 per person without the numbers being swayed by a few billionaires or something.
