No it isn’t. It makes more money per capital, but is a fairly poor country overall. Don’t judge countries by their GPA, that won’t get you anywhere.

does anybody know the credibility of this site? it says its source is froma suisse banking firm… and i find it hard to beleive any country nears 400,000 per person without the numbers being swayed by a few billionaires or something.
